The winding road down Rudd lane will lead guests to the property lined by over 100 year-old stone fence and lovely landscape. The grounds comprises nearly 30 acres of Kentucky countryside that debuts pasture land surrounded by wooded terrain. Many trees, bushes and flowers showcase the breathtaking historic Listey Estate which was built in 1794. The estate is home of the stunning bluebird bridal suite, a gorgeous curved staircase and 2nd story balcony that oversees the front yard. These portions of the estate along with the charming front porch are perfect backdrops for getting ready photos, bridal portraits and photography sessions. Cornerstone Acres has several historic cornerstones placed around the property to include the Cornerstone Arbor which is surrounded by wisteria and faces the woods and most glorious sunsets. Nearby resides the fireside pavilion perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment and fireside glow. Beyond is many acres of pasture land allowing for a tent, arbor and ceremony set up in many different locations.

The stunning Bluebird Bridal Suite welcomes guests to a serene and relaxing space. This luxurious suite with perfect natural light, historic canopy bed, stunning Victorian antique seating, 14’ ceilings and full-length mirror creates a stunning backdrop to prepare for the wedding day, any event or a lovely photography session. One of our favorite features is the 1794 fireplace which is completely original to the house being built over 200 years ago! Adjoining this suite is an elegant bath surrounded by windows outlooking the lovely Kentucky landscape. The room also has a large shower, gorgeous vanity with double sink and bathroom. Whimsy and charm in the Bluebird suite is provided in all the small touches that just add to your sense that you are exactly where you are meant to be and your life is truly blessed. 

Milestone Hall was envisioned to create an ambiance for groups to gather and celebrate milestone moments, similar to the stories of great halls in the castles of old when a clan would gather for important celebrations. Our rustic yet elegant building provides a welcoming white barn-style 4600-square-foot reception space that includes an abundance of open space for events, ADA compliant amenities, large restrooms, and a preparation room. Your event will easily come to life in this area complete with chandeliers, free standing bars and serving areas, photo and seating area, tall ceilings, white draping, tables and chairs, adjustable lighting, and many windows. 
The 1500-square-foot covered patio will provide additional space and comfort to relax and enjoy the event as well as providing shelter for inclement weather planning. The porch overlooks a pond and is situated in the middle of the property ensuring it is equally surrounded by pastureland and forest landscape while it provides extraordinary views of the glorious Kentucky sunset.
