I will never forget driving down the lane toward the address surrounded by gorgeous green Kentucky countryside and lined with historic stone fence. As we turned into the circle drive, Jeremy looked over at me and said, “Let’s put an offer on this place!” He bounded out of the car and left me completely shocked.
